Sounds from the Past affecting the Future

Just taking a moment to tell you and invite you to !
Imagine as you have done since day one of your life.
Projecting that pictured intent through your focus and adding a little locality and time so that your senses would aclimate to that and you would breathe in your creation you call 'reality.'
Now imagine that you made an error or two in painting your picture and you would like to re-experience it. Is it possible!?
Yes it is! If you take a moment to construct what? A phrase of what it is you would like to let go of!Is it fears, anger, duress, anxiety, stress or dis-ease or feelings of ill-ness?
A damaged relation?
A Hit and Run accident?
Would you like to cut off the cords and ties that you have to that experience and the cords and ties that the experiences has attached to you.
Feel yourself let go of the feelings of guilt not to mention the fears and persecution complex etc., etc,
Then Insert that phrase in the point of my affirmation/prayer - I release..., and follow through!
